Every day patients at WakeMed Hospital are moved from room to room seeing multiple doctors all while being worried about their well-being. The Birthday Project was created to supplement the family feel at WakeMed for these patients. We raise money and fund birthday parties for the patients on 3 floors of the hospital: the Rehabilitation Center, Cardio, and floor 3B. We need help in order to make sure these patients are happy while undergoing numerous operations.
